Servo Paper Feeding

* Servo Motor drive belt feeding system will provide stable and high speed feeding

Conveying Parts

* Delivery blanks in position by pushing block on the chain, pushing position ensure the precision

* The paper conveying parts installed the four conveying chains with the four pushing blocks, it can be adjusted according to the paper shape and position. It is equipped with the 4 photosensor, detect the paper reaching condition, counting, paper jammed detection.

Gluing Parts

* Adopt the high hardness gluing roller.

* Automatic motor driven system for keep glue roller turning when machine stopped

* Users can adopt the soft template gluing printing, installation is convenient and fast, gluing position can be adjustable freely.

* Bottle glue for changing and refilling easily

* Standard suction belt to hold the blank in synchronize position while applying glue.

* Photo sensor detector automatically controls belts plate down when blanks if not feed to avoid the gluing on belts.

* Easy glue clean up system is able to pull and slide out the whole glue system for cleaning up.

Film suction and film cutting

* The upper roller is the cutting film roller withthe two blade, one upper blade, the other is the lower blade, finishing the cutting of the film. The blade is like the scissors, so little noise and long using life than the straight cutting.

* Use down suction cylinder to hold the cut film in position before applying the film onto blank

Servo film cutting system

* Input the film length on the screen for setting the film. Very easy and convenient to adjust and time saving.

Paper Delivery parts

* The paper will be transferred onto the delivery conveyor belts in overlap way finish the paper accumulation and collection

* Paper delivery parts can be adjust separated and the speed can be controlled.

* The paper collection can be with the counting system with the boxes

Window with intermittent slit(tissue box)

Adopt the cam structure, used to cut the box intermittently (as the tissue box)
